The 22-year-old is currently starring as one of Spurs' standout players this season.
But an icon from Tottenham's north London rivals has had a lot of influence on his early career. Indeed, after retirement, Dutchman Bergkamp worked with Eriksen at youth and Under-19 level.
And the Dane admits he learned 'so much' from the former striker of the Gunners.
“I learned so much from him,” Eriksen told the Daily Mirror.
"He used to join in the training sessions and you see how he found space and how he used space.”
Meanwhile, Eriksen says the expectation to win drove him to join Tottenham and come to the Premier League.
“That is one of the reasons I wanted to come to Tottenham, to a bigger club and to play in a bigger league. Anyone can beat anyone in the Premier League. Yes, that has made me stronger and more tough.”
