Heading into injury time, Chelsea appeared to be on course to picking up all three points against Manchester United at Old Trafford.
Club legend Didier Drogba had broken the deadlock in the Premier League clash on 53 minutes with a headed goal from close range.
United piled on the pressure as the game went on, but Chelsea seemed to be holding on and defending deep.
However, former Arsenal captain Robin van Persie broke the Chelsea fans’ hearts deep into stoppage time.
Marouane Fellaini’s attempt on goal from an Angel di Maria free kick was brilliantly turned away by Thibaut Courtois, but Van Persie was on hand to slam in the rebound.
Old Trafford exploded as the United fans burst into joy, but Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho underwent the exact opposite emotion when the ball went into the goal.

What about United boss Louis van Gaal? As expected, he was pleased with the last-gasp equaliser and walked down the tunnel with relief on his face.
