Clyne, Pelle & Schneiderlin react on Twitter to Southampton's win over Stoke

Matt Targett and Ryan Bertrand also took to social media on Saturday evening.

Every week now, we end up saying the same thing about Southampton. 'Well done to Ronald Koeman's side,' 'the fairytale continues,' 'what are those who predicted relegation saying now?'

To the neutral, it might even start to get a bit boring! Every week, the Saints seem to win. And they also seem to climb higher and higher up the Premier League table.

It won't be boring for Southampton fans, however. Nor for their manager.

"Football is strange because the first half was much better than last week," Koeman told Sky Sports after his side's 1-0 victory over Stoke. "I think it was one of the best first halves of the season. In the second half we lost sometimes too easy our position.

"They didn't create a lot, we deserved our win but it was a difficult one, more difficult than last week and maybe more nicer to win like this than last week because the lads showed great character and great ambition again.

"We had a great support of our fans and a great win."

And joining their manager were the likes of Graziano Pelle, Nathaniel Clyne, Matt Targett, Morgan Schneiderlin and Ryan Bertrand, who celebrated their side's win over Stoke City on Twitter.

That win takes them to second in the Premier League table. Amazing.
