Daley Blind refuses to comment on individuals from United training.
Manchester United's main prerogative for the transfer market this summer was to try and strengthen a side that had become leaky, to say the least.
They may have not yet plugged all the gaps in the defensive side of the pitch, but one man who helps is Dutch international Daley Blind.
Manchester United paid Eredivisie giants Ajax £13.8 million for his services at the start of September and he has become an ever present in the side since that moment.
For many Blind is an odd article. A left-back by trade he has been moulded into a defensive midfielder type, but his technical prowess certainly outweighs that position.
However his discipline makes him a perfect reliable midfield man and United have seen that since his arrival.
His uncompromising attitude will also make him a popular figure on the United training ground, which he has been speaking about this week.
Talking to United Uncovered the Dutch maestro has been describing sessions at Carrington and while others in recent weeks have waxed lyrical about individuals such as Angel Di Maria and Ander Herrera during training Blind came with a different approach.
He instead said it was hard pick just one player from his new team-mates:
"It's difficult to pick out an individual as we did a lot of tactical stuff with the XI. It's hard because we did train a lot with the team and I think that's the most important thing."
United will hope their team training is enough to get them past Chelsea in the Premier League this weekend.
