Leeds United fans have urged Darko Milanic to give Brian Montenegro a chance against Wolves this weekend.
Soulemayne Doukara’s suspension has left Leeds United head coach Darko Milanic with a problem over who comes into his attack for the match against Wolves.
Two options are the experienced Steve Morison and summer signing Brian Montenegro who has been playing for the Leeds under-21 side since joining in the summer.
Morison is the sensible choice though Leeds fans have urged Milanic to hand Montenegro a chance via a Twitter poll created by LUFCpolls.
The worry for the boss will be that Montenegro hasn’t had any first team football this season with the step up and difference between the Leeds under-21 side and the first team huge.
Neil Redfearn is well placed to offer Milanic advice if that’s a line of thinking he wants to explore but he’s under big pressure to get his first win and put three points on the board, which dispels the chances of a big risk against one of the Championship’s pace setters.
