Jack Butland made his debut for Derby County on Tuesday, and he is delighted to have done that.
The England international goalkeeper joined the Championship outfit on loan from Stoke City on a short-term loan deal.
Injury to Derby’s first-choice goalkeeper Lee Grant saw manager Steve McClaren saw draft in the former Leeds United loanee from Premier League outfit Stoke.
The former Birmingham City star started the Championship clash against Blackpool at Bloomfield Road and gave a good account of himself.

On Wednesday, Butland took to social networking site Twitter to express his delight at making his debut for Derby which ended in a 1-0 away win.

Derby are indeed a brilliant team and are one of the favourites to gain promotion to the Premier League. The Rams are currently at the top of the Championship table with 26 points from 13 matches, a point clear of second-placed Watford.
