The new trailer for the first Mario Kart 8 DLC pack shows off the new version of the GameCube's Mario Kat: Double Dash track.

The first add-on DLC pack for Nintendo's Mario Kart 8 is due for release next month, and in the new trailer we see what players will get their hands on, including the Yoshi Circuit.

Yoshi Circuit first appeared in Mario Kart: Double Dash on the GameCube back in 2003, and was also used in Mario Kart DS. The updated version in the trailer has been given a full makeover with added details and an updated musical theme.

The first DLC pack is due for release in November, priced at £7 ($7.99). It includes 3 new characters: Link, Tanooki Mario, and Cat Peach. There will be a total of eight new tracks and two cups, as well as four new vehicles.

The second DLC pack is due in May 2015, priced at the same £7 ($7.99). You can buy the first two DLC packs together for a slight discount at £11 ($11.99) for the two.
