Former Leeds United captain Jonny Howson made only his second start of the season for Norwich City, against his former club.
Injury had delayed the 26-year-old's start to the season, and he impressed in central midfield for Neil Adams' side.

Howson had one effort on goal himself, and helped Norwich amass 62 per cent of possession with his crisp passing and ball winning skills.
The midfielder was once a fan favourite with Leeds, rising through their academy before being bought by the Canaries during their spell in the Premier League.
It was the second appearance in a row he had featured for all 90 minutes, which suggests he is no longer being hampered by fitness issues, as he works to regain full match sharpness.
The 1-1 draw was more of a disappointing one for Norwich, being the home side and letting a lead slip, but Howson's performance appeared to be taken as a real positive by fans of the club.
Here's a look at how they reacted on Twitter to his display:
So many strong performances yet still no win; Turner/Martin/Redmond/Tettey all good. Howson was the best player on the pitch. #NCFC— Sam Langan (@samuellangan) October 21, 2014
