Real Madrid have described Anfield as a temple of football ahead of tonight’s Champions League Group B clash against Liverpool.
The Spanish giants made the remarks on their official Twitter page this morning.

It is a show of huge respect from Madrid, who themselves are one of the biggest club in the world – maybe even the biggest.
Los Blancos will head into tonight’s contest against Liverpool as the favourites. Not only do Carlo Ancelotti’s side have the better team with better players, they are also on better form and are banging in the goals for fun.
However, Liverpool are never easy to defeat at home. Having returned to the Champions League after a five-year absence, the fans will be relishing the prospect of taking on defending European champions Madrid tonight.
