Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez is a breath of fresh air - Gary Neville raves about the Gunners' best player?

Gary Neville is impressed with Alexis Sanchez's early adaptation to the Premier League.

Alexis Sanchez opened the scoring for Arsenal against Hull at the weekend, but it was not enough to stop the Gunners being held at home to a 2-2 draw.

Arsenal are now 11 points behind Premier League leaders Chelsea, and have the same total themselves after seven games.

It has been a poor start, but the form of Sanchez is real reason for encouragement.

Gary Neville believes so, making a comment praising the Chilean on SkySports' Monday Night Football this week.

He said: "Arsenal have had one of their worst starts, but this lad is a breath of fresh air. He's fantastic, Sanchezz really suits Arsenal in getting forward the way they do.

"This is a game they should be winning (vs Hull). Danny Welbeck has also done really well for Arsenal in his early games."

It's fair to suggest that Sanchez has been Arsenal's best player this season, once again proving that foreign players do not always need time to adjust to the Premier League, with his goal the third he has scored this season for the club in the Premier League, and fifth in all competitions.

His Premier League statistics illustrate a dynamic player whose shooting accuracy is up there with the best in the division in his position.

If it were not for his early season form, there would be substantially less for Arsenal to be positive about right now and regardless of the club's final position in the league table, he appears to be one of the best signings of the season already.
