The Arsenal midfielder does not necessarily value the Chilean's skill on the ball as his best attribute.
If anyone knows what it takes to succeed at Arsenal, it's Aaron Ramsey.
The Wales midfielder has worked tirelessly in recent months and produced title-winning form for the Gunners last season. Their only problem in that regard was that Ramsey suffered a long-term injury and, suddenly, their driving force was gone.
That's why, when Ramsey praises a team-mate, you don't just dismiss it. And that's exactly what the 23-year-old has done with Alexis Sanchez.

As Opta stats show, the £35 million summer signing from Barcelona has adapted well to life in London. Having won 19 dribbles, created 16 chances and taken 481 touches of the ball, the Chilean has clearly threatened so far this Premier League season.
But that is not what has impressed Ramsey most about him. No, the Welshman highly rates Sanchez's willingness to work hard off the ball, praising his defensive qualities.
"Sanchez as well. He has played well in every game he’s been in," Ramsey is quoted as saying by the Daily Mirror.
“Sanchez is up for the fight as well, he’s not just there when he’s got the ball. Defensively, he wants to work hard for the team and realises that’s important."
