Tottenham Hotspur's Younes Kaboul says that Newcastle United-owned Hatem Ben Arfa is the most skilful player he has ever played with.
Ben Arfa has fallen out of favour at Newcastle and been loaned out to Hull City, but Kaboul is clearly impressed with the winger.
The pair have played together at international level for France, and it seems that the Ben Arfa's skill was on full display at international level.
Kaboul has played with some talented players during his career, including the likes of Dimitar Berbatov, Gareth Bale and Franck Ribery, so for Ben Arfa to tip that list is some complement to his ability.
The 27-year-old is renowned as a match-winner and Newcastle supporters were not pleased when he departed on loan this summer.
Although Pardew may not favour the fleet-footed winger, he remains a fans' favourite at St. James' Park and most still harbour hopes that he could have a future at the club.
So far he has not made too much of an impact whilst on loan at Hull City, but there is an expectation that he will be one of the Tigers' key players as the season progresses.
Steve Bruce's side look a quality side now, but Ben Arfa carries a lot of their creativity and if Bruce can get the best of him he has a huge talent at his disposal.
This ability has clearly been spotted by Kaboul previously and it seems that the Spurs captain will have a close eye on his former international teammate when Tottenham travel to Hull next month.
