Arsenal goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez looks set to make his debut in the Champions League on Wednesday.
The 22-year-old will come in place of Wojciech Szczesny, who is suspended for the game against Anderlecht in Belgium.
Normally, summer signing David Ospina would come in for the Poland international, but the 26-year-old Colombia international is sidelined with a thigh injury.
This means that Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger will have to draft in Martinez, who is his third-choice goalkeeper.
The youngster is a product of Arsenal’s youth system, but he has made just two appearances for the Gunners’ first team.
Martinez has yet to make an appearance in the Premier League for Arsenal, but he looks set to feature in the Champions League clash on Wednesday.
The Argentina has been training on Tuesday to prepare for the match against Anderlecht, as shown in the photos above and below.
