Arsenal midfielder Tomas Rosicky has said that he does not like Tottenham Hotspur.
In an interview with the Arsenal Magazine, the Czech Republic international said: ‘I don’t like Tottenham so I try to score against them!... The one from White Hart Lane last season that went in the top corner wasn't bad either! I hope I can score against them again’.
Rosicky has been at Arsenal since 2006 and knows all about the North London rivalry. The 34-year-old has played in a number of games against Spurs over the years and has been among the goals too.
Arsenal have already played Tottenham in the Premier League this season. The game at the Emirates Stadium in late September ended in a 1-1 draw, with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain’s goal cancelling out Nacer Chadli’s strike.
Rosicky did not feature in that game and was an unused substitute. But the former Borussia Dortmund star will certainly hope to play against Tottenham in the Premier League fixture between the two sides at White Hart Lane in February.
