Former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Tom Huddlestone believes that Arsenal are one of the best teams in Europe.
His comments came after his current side, Hull City, were able to get a point at the Emirates at the weekend.
Huddlestone helped the Tigers to a 2-2 draw and he believes that his side can take heart from the fact that matched such quality opposition.
"Arsenal are one of the best teams in Europe when it comes to keeping possession, so we knew we would have to be organised and rigid behind the ball," he said to Hull's official site.
Hull came desperately close to taking all three points from the game, but a Danny Welbeck strike in the last minute stopped them picking up a famous victory.
Despite that disappointment, Huddlestone refused to be too down, though, and is taking the positives from the result.
“We managed to take the lead early in the second half, but unfortunately we couldn’t quite hold onto it.
“It was a tough game and we were so close to hanging on for all three points, but a point away at a team that is fighting for the top four is still a great result nonetheless.”
Hull are currently in 11th position in the Premier League, after a good start to the campaign.
They will be looking to continue extending the points between them and the relegation zone, too, in the upcoming weeks.
The Tigers' next match is against Liverpool, and they will be looking to capitalise on the host's low confidence.
