VIDEO: Sorry Arsenal, prolific Napoli star isn't for sale

Arsenal have been linked to Napoli star Jose Callejon, but reports suggest he isn't for sale at any price due to performances like this weekend's.

Napoli have been dependent on the goals of Jose Callejon so far this season and the Spaniard was their hero against Inter yesterday.

Callejon found the net twice in the last 11 minutes of Napoli's crunch Serie A clash with Inter and would have handed the Partenopei a vital win had Hernanes not levelled in the dying seconds.

The match was a tense affair as Rafa Benitez's side haven't lived up to expectations so far this season and Inter have been even worse with coach Walter Mazzarri's job hanging by a thread.

While Liverpool linked marksman Gonzalo Higuain continues to draw a blank, Callejon struck twice to move to joint top of the Serie A scoring chart with six.

Arsenal have been tipped to table a bid in January, but Napoli continue to rebuff reported offers of around £15 million.

According to the Italian press, Napoli owner Aurelio De Laurentiis is ready to fight off any bid in order to keep hold of Callejon and Arsenal will have great difficulty in luring him.

Rafa Benitez is also said to be adamant that Callejon must not leave and there doesn't seem to be a sum of money high enough to steal him away.
