Leeds United legend Eddie Gray believes that the Whites can get a win against Norwich City on Tuesday.
The West Yorkshire outfit will take on the Canaries away from home in the Championship.
Darko Milanic’s side will head into the clash at Carrow Road placed 14th in the league table with 15 points from 12 matches, five points behind sixth-placed Ipswich Town.
Leeds have yet to win in the four Championship games that the Slovenian has been in charge of, but Gray believes that they can pick up maximum points in Norwich.
‘It’s going to be a tough game tomorrow night at Norwich City although Norwich themselves lost to Fulham on Saturday and all the games in this division are tough’, the 66-year-old write in The Yorkshire Evening Post. ‘And you never know – we might go there and get a good result and surprise people!
‘What you would say about the Norwich game and the Rotherham game is that people would probably expect us to go to Rotherham and get a result and maybe not get anything at Norwich. But it might work the other way’.
Leeds will head into the game against Norwich on the back of a 2-1 defeat to Rotherham United away from home. The former Premier League outfit took the lead against their Yorkshire rivals at the New York Stadium, but conceded twice in the second half to eventually go down 2-1.
Winning against Norwich on Tuesday will not be easy, as Neil Adams’s side are currently fourth in the Championship standings, three points off the pace.
However, Leeds do have players who can stun Norwich at Carrow Road, and the club’s fans will certainly hope for a win.
