The Manchester City loanee was jubilant on social media after scoring for the Bhoys on Saturday.
Ronny Deila's men forgot their recent troubles for a day as goals from Guidetti, Jason Denayer, Callum McGregor and a brace from Anthony Stokes reminded supporters of the days when the SPL champions could win games comfortably.
And Guidetti was delighted to have been a part of the win, praising supporters in particular for their contribution.
"Great win, fans weere amazing we keep going ! HAIL HAIL #CELTIC," he wrote on Instagram, accompanied by a picture in front of Bhoys supporters.
But the adulation is not just a one-way thing. Indeed, Celtic fans have been so impressed by the Swedish forward that many are calling for him to be signed from Manchester City on a permanent deal.
The 22-year-old is currently on loan from the Premier League champions and City's current firepower suggests he may not necessarily be missed at the Etihad Stadium.
He would certainly be a coup for Celtic. But are Manchester City willing to to let him go?
