Derby County supporters seem almost unanimous in thinking that Jack Butland will be a good signing for them.
The young keeper joined today on a 28-day-loan from Stoke City and it is a move which has gone down well with Rams fans.
Butland has been identified as one of the country's finest goalkeepers, and has an England senior cap to his name already, but he has found his first-team chances limited since a move to the Britannia.
The form of Asmir Begovic has kept him out of the Stoke team in recent times, but he should excel at Championship level.
Derby have one of the best back lines in the second division, but Butland has the capability and skill to do an excellent job.
He has been brought in to cover for the injured Lee Grant and he will be hoping to find his top form immediately.
The Rams have hit the groove and are in the top-two after an excellent start to the season, so they will be hoping that this goalkeeper change has no ill-effects on their form.
Butland will go straight into the starting line-up for Derby's game against Blackpool tomorrow night.
