Arsenal and Chelsea-linked Real Madrid midfielder Sami Khedira has resumed training.

Real Madrid midfielder Sami Khedira was in England earlier this week to give coaching lessons, but he is now back in Spain and has resumed training with his teammates.

The 27-year-old was left out of German’s squad for their two Euro 2016 qualifiers during the international break due to fitness issues.

It allowed him to coach young players at St George's Park, Burton - the FA's official national football centre for the development of youngsters.

Khedira returned to Madrid after a brief stay in England and has now started training in order to make himself available for Los Blancos’s La Liga clash against Levante away from home on Saturday.

Khedira was strong linked with a move to Arsenal in the summer transfer window, but that did not materialise. The 2014 World Cup winner is still reportedly on the radar of the Gunners, who will allegedly come back for him in January.

However, recent reports have suggested that Premier League giants Chelsea and Italian outfit AC Milan are also interested in Khedira, whose current contract with Madrid runs out at the end of the season.
