Link’s Master Cycle is coming with Mario Kart 8 DLC

Nintendo has revealed a new Zelda themed ride coming with November’s Mario Kart 8 DLC

Next month see’s the release of Mario kart 8’s Zelda DLC, which is already known to be bringing Captain Falcon’s, streamlined Blue Falcon from F-Zero. Nintendo has now revealed another of the new motors to be coming in the shape of the Master Cycle, having something of the look of Link’s famous steed Epona as seen in Ocarina of Time and Twilight Princess.

Alongside the Blue Falcon and Link’s slick new bike will be three new playable characters: Link, Tanooki Mario and Cat Peach and two more vehicles one of which Nintendo have tweeted will be the B Dasher from Mario Kart DS. There will also be eight new tracks that form two new cups.

Following this the Animal Crossing DLC will be coming to Mario Kart 8 next May. Already known to be coming with this bundle are another eight tracks (with two more new cups), the Villager, Dry Bones and Isabelle characters and four more, as yet unknown karts. Both DLC packs can be purchased separately or together at a discount.
