Five facts about Leeds target Agim Ibraimi

Leeds United are being linked to Agim Ibraimi, but what should fans know about the Macedonian midfielder?

Leeds United's latest foreign acquisition could be Macedonian international midfielder Agim Ibraimi, who is valued at around £1 million.

Reports in Italy suggest that Massimo Cellino and Darko Milanic are aiming to land Ibraimi, who currently plays for Maribor in Slovenia.

But who exactly is Ibraimi?

1. Ibraimi helped guide Maribor to the group stage of the Champions League by scoring against Zrinjski Mostar and Maccabi Tel Aviv.

2. The midfielder won Macedonian Footballer of the Year in 2012 and was Player of the Year in the Slovenian PrvaLiga for the 2012-13 season.

3. Ibraimi was loaned to Cagliari last season and provided an assist in his second game against Inter. However, he didn't end up getting much game time.

4. When playing for Macedonia's Under-21 side during the European Championships, Ibraimi scored a wonder goal from over 30 yards out.

5. Ibraimi speaks six languages fluently, including English and German.
