Confirmation: Manchester United target’s £80,000 night out

It has been confirmed that Juventus star Arturo Vidal has been hit with a maximum £80,000 fine for being pictured in a brawl on a night out.

Juventus have hit Chilean international Arturo Vidal with a huge £80,000 fine for his recent off-the-field indiscretions.

Vidal's social life has been put under the microscope after it emerged that he was out in Turin at 5.20am before the crunch Serie A clash against Roma.

The midfield ace has just returned to Turin from international duty with Chile and was aware that he would be in the doghouse.

Italian website Sportmediaset reports that Vidal has been hit with the maximum fine possible, but there are rumours that there's another reason Juventus are angry at him.

The Serie A giants are reportedly frustrated that Vidal played 180 minutes for Chile while struggling with a knee problem that may now rule him out of Juventus's game against Sassuolo this weekend.

Massimiliano Allegri is expected to rest Vidal to ensure that he is fully fit for the Champions League match against Olympiacos, but he would surely have rather had his star man at his disposal for both games instead of seeing him feature for his nation.

Vidal's relationship with Juventus seems to be increasingly frosty and a move to Manchester United or Real Madrid doesn't seem too far-fetched.
