Gunners summer signing David Ospina says he started his career as a striker.
Arsenal goalkeeper David Ospina may have had a good career in goal, but his initial plan was to be hitting the back of the net rather than saving shots.
The Colombian international may have played at the World Cup and in the Champions League in-between the sticks, but he actually started his career as a striker.
In a question and answer session on social media site Twitter, Ospina revealed the drastic change in his career plan.

The Gunners place a precedence on passing football, and Ospina's apparently adeptness with the ball at his feet should aid his selection choices.
So far, he has had to play a backseat role since completing a £3 million transfer from Nice this summer, due to the form of Wojchiech Szczesny, but he will be hoping to start more soon.
Even so, Ospina appears to be enjoying his time in London and says that he loves the city.
Ospina also revealed that Gianluigi Buffon and Iker Casillas are his two goalkeeping idols outside of Colombia.
Casillas had been linked with a move to the Emirates, so if that deal does ever transpire it seems that the 26-year-old would be the first one to back it.
He also said the biggest difference between English and French football is the power.
