Report: Juventus haven’t given up on Hernandez

Although Real Madrid have first refusal on Manchester United striker Javier Hernandez, reports suggest that Juventus still want him.

There are signs that Manchester United exile Javier Hernandez may be rediscovering his scoring touch since being loaned to Real Madrid and Juventus are watching him again.

The 26-year-old has never managed to show his full potential at Old Trafford and was allowed to join Real for the season before reviewing his longer term future next summer.

Juventus and Inter were both interested in signing Hernandez during the summer, but they struggled with the wage demands even for a loan agreement.

Hernandez has looked brighter in recent weeks and found the net while on international duty and it seems that Juventus haven't forgotten him.

According to the Daily Star, Juventus are waiting in the wings in case Real don't exercise their first refusal to come to a permanent agreement next summer.

Real have such an abundance of striking options and know that they can sign a big name in the summer should they wish, so Juventus may get their chance.
