Newcastle United supporters have been left frustrated by the news of Tim Krul's injury, which he picked up on international duty.
The Mapgies stopper has damaged his elbow ligaments, which could lead to him being set for several weeks out of action.
It is a major blow for a side, who have had little to celebrate so far this season and means that Rob Elliot may have to deputise.
There is a big gulf in standard between the two goalkeepers in St. James' Park and it is another worry for Alan Pardew to have to deal with after a poor start to the season.
The club are still looking for their first win of the campaign and this is sure to test the squad's resolve even more.
Krul possesses a lot of experience and is a reliable figure in the team, so his absence will inevitably be felt.
Arguably the second best custodian that the club have currently is on loan at Nottingham Forest and this is another source of frustration.
Karl Darlow is one of the best goalkeepers in the Football League and the Magpies swooped to sign him over the summer, before loaning him back to Forest.
In this deal they did not include a recall clause, though, and this oversight could prove to be costly as the side could do with his services now.
Instead, they will be hoping that Elliot comes up trumps against Leicester City, although the Newcastle supporters do not appear to have too much faith in their back-up 'keeper.

That's Krul out for a few weeks with his injury sustained on International Duty AGAIN...... He might perform better on his return #nufc— Gary Christie (@gaztoon84) October 15, 2014
Feel I shouldn't have slated Krul so much this season now we have the prospect of a prolonged Rob Elliott spell in net #nufc— Bastie (@bastie35) October 15, 2014
Never known a goal keeper to be injured so much like Tim Krul #NUFC— JB (@johnhalbitting) October 15, 2014
This sentence makes me extremely angry: “Rob Elliot is expected to deputise against the Foxes at St James' Park” #nufc— ⚕ Chris ⚕ (@kicka11) October 15, 2014
Last RT: People say Elliot hasnt had a bad game. Hasnt gad a good one either. #NUFC.— Mark (@EastStandRowM) October 15, 2014
Loosing kruhl for a lengthy period is not good, afraid rob elliott is not good enough for the premier league #nufc— Irish Geordie (@nufcscotland) October 15, 2014
I don't rate Krul but he's a million miles better than Elliot. Defense is shambolic and him behind them doesn't calm fears #nufc— Lee (@lee_wilson1) October 15, 2014
So it's the pub keeper Elliott between the sticks on Saturday. 11 Premier Lg games played, 29 goals conceded. Fire at will Leicester! #nufc— Mark (@SnedNE25) October 15, 2014
Elliott in goal this weekend! There's going to be goals #nufc— Karl Muirhead (@KarlMuirhead) October 15, 2014
