Tottenham defender Kyle Walker could return for a key London derby against Chelsea in December according to the Daily Mail.

There have been several reports in recent weeks suggesting the right-back is firmly on the road to recovery from an injury to his pelvis that his kept him out of competitive action since March. According to the report, if everything goes to plan he should be resuming full training by the middle of next month.

The Mail has also given an update on the fitness of Nacer Chadli, who pulled out of Belgium's 1-1 draw with Bosnia and Herzegovina with a hip injury.

Chadli could be fit for this weekend's trip to Manchester City according to the report, and Head Coach Mauricio Pochettino will leave it as late as possible before making a decision on his fitness.

One man who has had a relatively successful international break is left-back Ben Davies. His country Wales are currently top of their Euro 2016 qualifying group with seven points, and now Davies is ready for the challenges that face Spurs over the next month or so.

He is quoted by the club's website, saying: "It’s quickly back down to business here at Spurs and the standard of the games we’ve got coming up now – they’re going to be tough but they’re matches we’re ready for as a squad.”

One time Tottenham target Alessandro Florenzi looks to be staying at his current club Roma according to TalkSport, who cite sources in Italy suggesting the midfielder will be offered a new contract.

The 23-year-old has reportedly been watched by Tottenham's scouts but the midfielder looks set to sign a deal keeping him at Roma until 2020.
