Bryan Robson has named Ryan Giggs as the best player he has played alongside for Manchester United.
Club legend Robson featured for the Red Devils between 1981 and 1994, during which time he won the Premier League twice, the FA Cup thrice and the League Cup once.
Giggs was Robson’s United teammate between 1990 and 1994, and was only at the start of what proved to be a glittering career with the Manchester outfit.
But it seems that the former Wales international winger made an impression on Robson despite his tender age at the time.
After leaving United, Robson played for Middlesbrough until 1997 before calling it a day. As for Giggs, the Welsh legend went on to feature for United until his retirement in 2014 and is now the club’s assistant manager.
