The two Premier League managers, in charge at Arsenal and Chelsea respectively, are long-standing rivals, with their most recent clash seeing Wenger physically push the Portuguese coach on the touchline.
Mourinho has enjoyed success at clubs such as the Blues, FC Porto, Inter Milan and Real Madrid, while Wenger has been more of a one-club man, managing north London side Arsenal for 18 years.
Chelsea are currently top of the Premier League table, having beaten the Gunners 2-0 in their last match. They are five points clear of second-placed Manchester City and nine ahead of Wenger's men.
But Lizarazu feels any success Mourinho enjoys is short-lived, as he builds individual 'teams.'
Wenger, 64, has instead chosen to build a club, the former Bayern Munich defender claimed on French television.

Arsenal host Hull City in their next Premier League clash, while league-leaders Chelsea travel to Crystal Palace, where they lost 1-0 last season.
