Manchester United defender Marcos Rojo is looking forward to today’s 2014 Superclasico de las Americas.
The 24-year-old has travelled all the way to China to play for Argentina against Brazil in the match at the Beijing National Stadium in Beijing.
For the first time the ‘tournament’ will be held on foreign soil. Brazil against Argentina is one of the biggest international matches in world football, and Rojo is looking forward to Saturday’s match.
Rojo is also relishing the prospect of playing in Hong Kong next week and told United’s official website: ‘The match against Brazil will be very tough.
‘It is a derby for the Americas and for the world, I would say. It is a very important game for us and we will try to win, like we always do. Hong Kong are not a well-known team, but Asian football has grown a lot and it will also be difficult’.
