Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois is delighted with Belgium’s hammering of Andorra in a Euro 2016 qualifier on Friday.

Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois has revelled in Belgium’s comprehensive 6-0 victory over Andorra on Friday.

The Red Devils got the better of the European minnows in their opening Euro 2016 Group B clash at the King Baudouin Stadium in Brussels.

Kevin De Bruyne, Nacer Chadli, Divock Origi and Dries Mertens (twice) were on target for Belgium as they kicked off their quest to make it to the 2016 European Championship in style.

On Saturday, Courtois took to social networking site Twitter to express his delight at the victory for Belgium.

Courtois started the match against Andorra despite recent injury concerns. The 22-year-old had to be taken off after just 24 minutes of Chelsea’s Premier League match against Arsenal at Stamford Bridge in London last weekend.

There were suggestions that Courtois may be left out of the Belgium team, but it seems that the youngster has recovered just fine.
