The latest addition to the NBA 2K series has been giving players some issues when it comes to the face scanning tech.

2K Sports' NBA 2K15 sees it's release worldwide this week, and following it's launch in North America yesterday players have already spotted some hilariously disturbing bugs, namely with it's face-scanning tech.

OK, first off you'll want to watch the below video which shows off the face-scanning tech in action, how it should work. @Ronnie2K scans his own face into the game, with impressive results.

So that's how the face scan should work. Now, let's take a look at what some players have ended up with when trying to put their own likeness in the game using the same tech. Thanks, Kotaku.

More of these abominations can be seen over on

NBA 2K15 launches if Australia on 9th October and the rest of the world on 10th October for PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC.
