Leeds United fans have been asked on Twitter whether they think Darko Milanic will still be in charge at Christmas.
Leeds United manager Darko Milanic has endured a difficult start to life at Elland Road.
The Slovenian is still searching for his first win in charge of the club and won’t have a chance to put a digit in the wins column until after the international break when Leeds fans Rotherham United on October 17.
There have been slight improvements as the team have reacted to defeat away at Brentford with home draws against Reading and Sheffield Wednesday but the fans and the club’s owner Massimo Cellino will be eager for victories.
Cellino has been criticised since he took control of the club for his flamboyant nature and ruthless attitude when it comes to major decisions at the club.
A Leeds United polls Twitter account asked any fan willing to take part whether they thought Milanic would still have a job at Elland Road by Christmas and the initial support backs him to turn things around.
That’s important for the team because the players have already been forced to endure three different managers this season, which makes it difficult for them to settle down.
Here’s to Milanic’s first win and Leeds’ progression up the Championship table.
