Southampton's Victor Wanyama has picked out Liverpool's Anfield as his favourite away stadium.
The Kenyan was undertaking a question and answer session on behalf of the Premier League, and quantified why he enjoyed playing at Anfield.
He said: "I would say Anfield, because its similar to Celtic as well, they are close to the pitch and their support is just amazing, the atmosphere is really good."
The Celtic connection is the trigger for him, for it is likely he is reminded of his former club.
Both sets of supporters sing the famous You'll Never Walk Alone, and Wanyama knows what it is like to have that crowd behind him.
The Celtic fans helped his side overcome none other than Barcelona three seasons ago in a truly memorable 2-1 victory at Parkhead.
There is another upside for Wanyama to playing at Anfield these days of course. He gets to see his old pals, Rickie Lambert, Dejan Lovren and Adam Lallana, who left the Saints to join them this summer.
Liverpool could dearly do with a powerful defensive midfielder like Wanyama, but Southampton are highly unlikely to welcome any approach from Liverpool for more business.
