Tottenham Hotspur defender Ben Davies has been named as the FA of Wales Young Player of the Year.
The 21-year-old has been recognised for his truly brilliant performances for Swansea City in the Premier League last season.
The Wales international enjoyed a breakthrough 2013-14 campaign at the Welsh outfit, scoring two goals in 34 league appearances for the Swans. The youngster created no fewer than 31 chances for Swansea in the league, while having a 84% shot accuracy.
Davies’s performances last season duly saw him earn a big move to North London outfit Tottenham in the summer transfer window.
Davies’s former Swansea City teammate Ashley Williams has been named as the Club Player of the Year for the fourth year in a row, while Real Madrid winger Gareth Bale – once at Tottenham – has been adjudged as the FA of Wales Player of the Year for a record fourth time.
