A new twist has emerged in the Stephen Warnock 'saga', with it claimed the defender has not complained to the PFA regarding his role at Leeds United.
The Sun had claimed Warnock had formalised his displeasure at being dropped from the side, alleging interference from owner Massimo Cellino.
SkySports have now reported this is not the case, with no complaint made.
We're told Stephen Warnock is happy at Leeds - despite being dropped lately. No formal PFA complaint after assurances over future. #lufc— Bryan Swanson (@skysports_bryan) October 7, 2014
Warnock had been an ever present in the Leeds side, before being dropped after the 2-0 loss to Brentford.
New Leeds manager Darko Milanic has always insisted he is the one picking the team, and has two draws and one loss in his opening three matches.
