Germany coach Joachim Low was spotted watching the Premier League game between Chelsea and Arsenal at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.

A number of Germany internationals were on show, and that’s probably the reason why the 54-year-old was at the Bridge.

While Andre Schurrle was in action for Chelsea, Arsenal had two Germany internationals in Mesut Ozil and Lukas Podolski in action.

Per Mertesacker also featured in the London derby on Sunday, but the centre-back retired following the 2014 World Cup triumph in Brazil in the summer.

Of the three Germany internationals, Schurrle was the only one who did anything of note. The 23-year-old attacker was not exactly in great form, but he eventually ended up on the winning side as Chelsea emerged victorious from the match 2-0.

Meanwhile, Arsenal playmaker Mesut Ozil had a game to forget. Starting on the wing yet again, the 25-year-old had a very quiet afternoon and failed to make any impact at the Bridge.

As for Podolski, the former Bayern Munich star once again came on as a late substitute and did nothing of note.
