Last season Jose Mourinho gave Belgian international Kevin De Bruyne a chance to cement a permanent future at Chelsea - starting him in the opening game of the season.
But he soon tired of the former Werder Bremen loanee and in January 2013 agreed he could leave in search of first-team football.
He moved back to the Bundesliga - signing for VfL Wolfsburg for a fee of £18 million.
After a difficult start to his life at the Volkswagen Arena he has slowly but surely become one of the marquee players in the Bundesliga and the star of this current Wolfsburg side.
He has scored some crackers, seen red and done most things already in his relatively short time in the Bundesliga. But today's events were probably new.
De Bruyne got into a mini-altercation with FC Augsburg midfielder Tobias Werner. He then decided to get retribution in one of the oddest ways ever seen on the football pitch.
His football boot already loose, he flicked out, connecting square on the meat and two veg of the Belgian international, who was visibly shocked.
Werner was booked, De Bruyne put back in his place and hilarity has ensued on the web.
