Angel Di Maria has impressed during his time on the pitch since arriving at Manchester United this summer, and now he is endearing himself the club's supporters off it.
The Argentine was pictured today as he looked around the Red Devils' museum to study the history of those who had previously worn the likes of the number seven at United.
The shirt carries a certain weight of expectation with it after club greats like Eric Cantona, David Beckham and Cristiano Ronaldo have donned it in the past and Di Maria will be hoping to join this elite group of stars.
The signs so far are that he will be able to do just that.
Having been brought in for £60 million from Real Madrid, there was pressure on Di Maria's shoulders to hit form immediately in England, but he has wasted no time showing that Louis Van Gaal was right to invest so much money in him.
Without Di Maria United would be in a much worse position than they are now and his displays so far have not just added energy, but poise and class to their attacks.
If he can keep these sort of performances up then it won't be long before United's next number seven is studying his time at the club in the museum.
