In a video for the official Manchester City website, Argentinian defender Pablo Zabaleta has revealed the eleven players who he would pick for his dream team.
The 29-year-old has elected to go with a 4-2-2-2 formation:
Cafu Paolo Maldini Carlos Puyol Roberto Carlos
Andrea Pirlo Patrick Vieira
Diego Maradona Lionel Messi
Ronaldo Miroslav Klose
Zabaleta has only picked one player who has ever played in the Premier League and unsurprisingly it is not one who has played for arch rivals Manchester United.
In the centre of midfield he has chosen Arsenal legend and current City reserves manager Patrick Vieira, as well as the graceful Italian playmaker Andrea Pirlo.
Other notable inclusions are fellow countrymen Lionel Messi and Diego Maradona, both of whom are labelled as the best players of their respective generations.
The City man has also chosen World Cup record breaking goalscorer Miroslav Klose as the man who should partner the Brazilian Ronaldo in attack.
