The Vikings managed to put ten points on the board in the final quarter, but they were disappointing all night and desperately missed rookie quarterback Teddy Bridgewater, as Christian Ponder completed just 50% of his passes and threw two interceptions, one of which was returned for a touchdown by Julius Peppers.
Rodgers threw three touchdowns, and Lacy ran for two in his best display of the season, as he rushed for 105 yards in the blowout victory.
Green Bay look to be back on track after winning one of their opening three games, as they have now won twice in five days - blowout wins against divisional rivals both times.
They now have an extended rest before travelling to Miami to take on the Dolphins next Sunday, while the Vikings host divisional rivals Detroit on the same day.
Minnesota go to 2-3 for the season, and they will be hoping that Bridgewater returns after the rookie put in such an impressive display against the Falcons last weekend.
