Bethesda decide to release The Evil Within minimum PC specs

The Evil Within now has recommend and minimum specs for gamers who want to play the game on PC.

Bethesda have released some minimum PC specs for their upcoming survival horror game, The Evil Within, for those of you who may not have a supreme PC rig.

A week ago the publisher announced the specs for the PC version of the game which advised you're going to need at least 4GB of VRAM to get the best experience the from The Evil Within.

Bethesda wrote that with the minimum specs 'you won’t be experiencing the game at 1080p and you’ll likely need to turn off some features, but you will still be able to have a great experience with the game.'

The minimum specs are listed below as per the Bethesda blog update:

  • Minimum Requirements
  • OS: windows 7/8.1
  • GPU: GTX 460 or an equivalent 1 GB VRAM card
  • CPU: i7 or an equivalent 4+ core processor
  • RAM: 4 GB
  • HDD: 50 GB

The Evil Within is due for release on 14th October 2014 for PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC.
