Stats: Milanic's Leeds set team worst season record in key area against Reading

Leeds United were reduced to shooting from distance against Reading.

Leeds United registered more shots off target against Reading than in any other game this season.

The Whites could only manage a 0-0 draw at Elland Road, their second consecutive game without a goal.

New manager Darko Milanic admitted after the match the team were poor in the final third, and it showed, with Leeds registering seven shots off target.

It was surely no coincidence that Leeds attempted more shots from outside the box against Reading, than in any other match so far.

Leeds managed only one shot on target in total, which came from substitute Billy Sharp.

The biggest culprit was Rodolph Austin, who lashed five shots off target in his 23 minutes on the pitch.
