Plans are already thought to be afoot for a friendly with AC Milan; another side who are not competing in Europe's premier competition this season. The friendly could potentially be played abroad to bring even more income in following on from their successful tour in USA this summer.
However news of an international friendly being planned for November has generated huge excitement amongst Manchester United fans. Although any fixture has yet to be confirmed, numerous sources are reporting that an international friendly between Portugal and Argentina could be taking place next month.
