Arsenal’s youngsters will be looking to make the most of a 2-0 win against Borussia Dortmund in their first UEFA Youth League match this season.
The young Gunners were superb in that game but can’t get complacent as Galatasaray will represent a very different challenge for the team this afternoon. It’s their first home game of the tournament so far, which in itself will bring a different type of pressure into the equation.
Arsenal’s youth teams are performing well in the under-21 Premier League and the under-18 league, with a mixture of players from both sides likely to be on show in this game.
Momentum is important in any cup competition and Arsenal have the chance to keep the winning mentality strong as they improve their chances of making the last 16 of this competition.
