EA Sports latest new-gen soccer sim forces Destiny down a peg
Destiny’s run at the top of the UK PS4 game charts has been brought to an end with the launch last week of FIFA 15. Showing continuing popularity for the FIFA series, the latest in EA’s football games goes straight into number one this week, in turn setting off a run of movement down the charts.
Destiny now holds the number 2 slot, above previous number one darlings The Last of Us Remastered and Watch Dogs at numbers 3 and 4.
Unmoved at positions 5 and 6 are Call of Duty:Ghosts (now enjoying its 47th week in the charts) and 4A’s remastered Metro Redux.
Debuting last week at number 4, Disney Infinity 2.0 falls three places to number 7, pushing Diablo III and Infamous: Son down a place each at numbers 8 and 9.
Making it back into the top ten is Rayman Legends, this week’s only top ten climber now holding onto the tenth position.
Here are the Chart Track top ten PS4 games in the UK as of 27th September.
- FIFA 15
- The Last of Us Remastered
- Watch Dogs
- Call of Duty: Ghosts
- Metro Redux
- Disney Infinity 2.0
- Diablo III: Reaper of Souls - Ultimate Evil Edition
- InFamous: Second Son
- Rayman Legends
As things start hotting up in the run-up to Christmas, more and more big games are in the pipeline. Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor and Sherlock Holmes Crimes & Punishments are both launching this week which we expect to see making a dent on the current chart listings.
