Leeds United travelled to London on Saturday to take on Brentford coming off three wins in the last four games. Those victories came under caretaker manager Neil Redfearn though, and this weekend's fixture was the first game under the stewardship of new manager Darko Milanic.
The Slovenian was appointed as Dave Hockaday's replacement this week, with owner Massimo Cellino bringing the 46-year-old over from Austrian side Sturm Graz - but his start to life in English football didn't get off to the greatest of starts at Brentford on Saturday.
The Whites slipped to a 2-0 defeat at Griffin Park, as goals from Jota and Alan McCormack handed the Bees a much needed win after losing 3-0 and 4-0 to Norwich City and Middlesbrough in the last seven days - and it could have been an even bigger margin had James Tarkowski converted a penalty, but he sent the ball skying over the crossbar.
Milanic will be hoping for better when he makes his Elland Road bow against Reading on Wednesday night, and here are some of the best images from this weekend's defeat - featuring the likes of Mirko Antenucci, Rodolphe Austin and Alex Mowatt.
