Shinji Kagawa seems genuinely happy to have returned to Borussia Dortmund from Manchester United in the summer transfer window.
Having failed to make a big impression in the Premier League during his two years at Old Trafford, the attacking midfielder went back to the German club last month.
The Japan international has already been among the goals for Dortmund in the Bundesliga and is likely to feature in the derby against Schalke at the Veltins-Arena in Gelsenkirchen on Saturday.
Despite the intense rivalry between the two Ruhr Valley clubs, Kagawa has maintained his friendship with fellow Japanese and Schalke defender Atsuto Uchida.
The duo were in Waltrop, located halfway between Dortmund and Gelsenkirchen, to take part in a TV shoot for the German Football League about the derby, and they were all smiles during the occasion.
On the pitch on Saturday, Kagawa and Uchida will be fierce rivals, but off it they are very good friends.
