"Flamini is back in the squad but Monreal is still out," said the Frenchman.
The boss has also revealed that he doesn't think Per Mertesacker will have a problem this weekend and should play.
"Mertesacker is available for the weekend - I don't think there will be a problem with him."
Wenger has also revealed that he doesn't feel afraid to use Calum Chambers this weekend, suggesting the £16 million signing has taken to the pressure attached to the club well.
"Chambers deals with the pressure very well and he has become a regular player for us."
"We have been unlucky to lose Monreal and Debuchy but it's very difficult to buy defenders in this market."
The boss has also been left purring over the relationship between Mesut Ozil and striker Danny Welbeck, which was in effect in the win against Aston Villa last weekend.
"Ozil played very well with Welbeck and that's a very interesting combination for us."
Wenger was also reluctant to judge this Tottenham Hotspur side who have been inconsistent over the first part of the season.
"It's too early to judge a team but Tottenham will benefit from the stability they will have this season."
"North London derbies are always very intense and the players from both sides know each other so well."
Wenger doesn't feel there will be a problem in terms of his team bouncing back after losing against Southampton in the League Cup because the players involved will be different.
"It was a disappointment to go out against Southampton but there will be a completely different team tomorrow."
"It's difficult to judge the players who aren't playing many minutes. But our young players have shown quality."
"I only have my eye on the next game because it's a massive one but it's true we have an important week."
