John Terry has posted on Instagram to express his pride at reaching the milestone of 600 starts for Chelsea.
The centre-back came through the club's youth ranks to become a first-team star at the club and he will now go down as one of the biggest legends in Chelsea history.
He made his 600th start for the Blues last week, in their 1-1 draw with Schalke, this month and he says it was a very proud moment for him.
He posted a picture celebrating his record on Instagram, accompanied with this caption: "Very proud to have made my 600th start for Chelsea and hoping to make many more."
Terry is now 33, but he remains a permanent fixture in Jose Mourinho's side, where his blood-and-thunder performances are crucial to the team.
The partnership he has formed with Gary Cahill at the heart of the Chelsea defence has become one of the most sturdy in the entirety of the Premier League and there are no signs he will dropped any time soon.
Terry is set to make his 602nd start for the club against Aston Villa and he will be hoping to get the three points to further establish their position at the top of the league.
